30 Days Raw →
Finally a fresh and clear voice discussing raw foods for practical reasons of health and vitality as opposed to “connecting to energies” or other pseudo-spiritual irritating concepts that abound in the movement. After myself having tried raw for 30 days unsuccessfully, I am tempted to try again after reading this.  Despite the confusion I faced in my attempt, It was the best I ever...

“But this story is also part of a completely unrelated phenomenon, which is that whenever a carnivorous animal attacks and/or kills a human, we treat it as if it is something unusual; in other words, we treat an animal above us on the food chain attacking us as if it is news. Go Google “bear...

“The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has just completed a detailed review of more than 7,000 clinical studies covering links between diet and cancer. Its conclusion is rocking the health world with startling bluntness: Processed meats are too dangerous for human consumption. Consumers should stop buying and eating all processed meat products for the rest of their lives.”
